Inulin is a prebiotic fiber. I use it in my chocolates and other recipes.

* Smokin' Joe Jones Low Carb BBQ Sauce *
This flavorful BBQ sauce is sweetened with sucralose. It can be used as is or in recipes.
You may be able to find Smokin' Joe's Low Carb BBQ sauce in your local grocery or low carb store. If not, you can use another low carb BBQ sauce, such as Guy's Award Winning Sugar Free BBQ Sauce.

Wheat Protein Isolate 5000 is 90% protein, leaving a lot of the carbs behind. I use it to give more structure to things like low carb cookies and crackers.

* Whey Protein *
Whey protein can be mixed with a liquid for a protein shake or used in recipes as a sub for flours. I use both unflavored whey protein and flavored whey protein in my recipes.
